2) Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions define the terms applicable to bookings, stays, and the use of the accommodation, as well as the rights and duties of guests and the owner of Boa Vibra, in accordance with Portuguese legislation applicable to Local Accommodation (Decree-Law No. 128/2014 and subsequent amendments) and consumer protection law.

3) Bookings

Bookings can be made via the official website or partner platforms.
All bookings are subject to confirmation by the owner.
The owner reserves the right to request additional information before confirming a booking.
A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the confirmation email sent by Boa Vibra.
The owner reserves the right to change prices or conditions without affecting bookings already confirmed.
All bookings are subject to availability.
In compliance with legal obligations, identification documents may be requested for registration and reporting purposes to the competent authorities, in accordance with current legislation.

4) Rates and Payments

All prices include all costs applicable to the stay.
Payment must be made according to the conditions selected at the time of booking.
Accepted methods: credit card, bank transfer, or other methods indicated on the booking platform.

5) Cancellations and Changes

The cancellation policy is specified at the time of booking and may vary depending on the chosen rate.
Changes to dates or occupancy are subject to availability and possible rate differences.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, guests must contact Boa Vibra to explore possible solutions.

6) Accommodation Rules

Guests agree to:

Respect the rest and well-being of other guests and neighbours;
Observe quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00;
Use shared areas responsibly;
Not smoke inside the accommodation;
Not exceed the maximum allowed occupancy;
Not engage in illegal or disruptive activities.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in the cancellation of the stay without refund.

6.1) CHECK-in and check-out

Check-in: from 14h
Check-out: until 11h

Requests for different times are subject to availability and must be agreed in advance.

6.2) Capacity, Children, and Pets

Occupancy is limited to the number of guests specified in the booking.
Bookings including infants or pets require the reservation of all rooms to ensure the comfort, privacy, and well-being of all guests.
Such arrangements are always subject to prior confirmation by the host.

7) Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation, furniture, or equipment during their stay resulting from misuse, negligence, or breach of house rules.
Boa Vibra holds Civil Liability Insurance in accordance with Portuguese legislation applicable to Local Accommodation.
Boa Vibra cannot be held liable for changes, interruptions, or cancellations resulting from force majeure, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, natural phenomena, strikes, public service failures, or restrictions imposed by authorities.

8) Intellectual Property Rights

All website content (texts, images, logos) is protected by copyright and may not be used without the express authorisation of the owner.

9) External Links

The website may contain links to third-party sites (Instagram, Lodgify). Boa Vibra is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of these external sites.

10) Personal Data Processing

Personal data collected on the website or during the booking process are processed in accordance with GDPR and Portuguese law.
Purpose: managing bookings, communicating with guests, and complying with legal obligations (tax and guest registration).
Data may be shared with payment processors and competent authorities when required by law.
